  • § 1. General This Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing data on the end devices of Users using the Website available at www.keno-energy.com. The administrator of the data collected through cookies is KENO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice. Full details of the Website Administrator can be found in § 2 section 2, and detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

    This Policy is a supplement to the Privacy Policy regarding the use of cookies on the Website. Any general information regarding the processing of your personal data not covered by this Policy can be found in the Privacy Policy.

  • § 2. Definitions of terms used
    1. The terms used in this Policy should be understood in accordance with the general rules of the Polish language, with the exception of the terms defined in paragraph 2 written with a capital letter, which are given the meanings indicated therein.
    2. The following terms are given the following meanings:
      1. Policy (this Policy) – this document, i.e. the Cookies Policy.
      2. Privacy Policy – a general document containing information on the processing of personal data by the Administrator, made available, among others, on the Website.
      3. Website – a website available at: www.keno-energy.com, owned by the Administrator.
      4. Administrator or KENO – KENO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice, at 609 Ignacego Daszyńskiego Street, 44-151 Gliwice, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court in Gliwice, X Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000688578, with NIP number: 6312671983, REGON number: 367870863, with a share capital of PLN 200,000.00.
      5. User – a person using the Website. Therefore, it should be understood that this concept refers specifically to the State.
      6. Electronic Communications Law – Act of 12 July 2024 Electronic Communications Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1221).
      7. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
      8. Whenever we refer to “us” or refer to ourselves as “we” in this Policy, we are referring to KENO – the Administrator.
  • § 3. What are cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s end device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when visiting the Website. These files allow for the recognition of the User’s device and the appropriate display of the Website, adapting it to their individual preferences, as well as are used to create statistics and personalize marketing content.

    1. Necessary cookies: We use them on the basis of Article 399(3)(2) of the Electronic Communications Law. These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website and do not require your consent.
    2. Other cookies (analytical, marketing, functional): We use them only on the basis of your voluntary consent (in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), expressed through the cookie consent management panel referred to in § 5.
